The Jewish community is woven into the very fabric of New York City. John Catsimatidis has been a close friend of the Jewish Community in every borough and is a staunch defender and friend of Israel. During the opening of the 2011 United Nations session, Mr. Catsimatidis hosted leaders of the Jewish and Greek communities in order to renew these old friendships prior to what was a tumultuous meeting of this world body.
